We do accept the return of standard items within 30 days of purchase, the return postage will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please contact us before purchase to ensure the item is suitable for your needs, this includes dimensions and surface finish.
However we do not accept return of customised items, we will give dimensions for all products before purchase and it is up to the customer to confirm the dimensions are correct for their purposes in advance of purchase.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
